Admission Requirements

To be admitted to Washington Heritage University, all prospective students must provide the following:

  1. Completed Application
    Click here to get started!

  2. Application Fee
    A non-refundable $300.00 fee is required. The fee may be paid online, via check, or money order. Please make checks or money orders payable to Washington Heritage University. Note that $100 of the fee is nonrefundable.

  3. Letters of Reference
    Two (2) letters of reference are required from Pastor(s), Teacher(s), and/or Employer(s).

  4. Passport-Sized Color Photos
    Two (2) passport-sized color photos.

  5. Copy of High School Diploma
    A copy of the prospective student's high school diploma in English.

  6. Additional Documents

    • Driver’s License

    • Birth Certificate

    • Social Security Card (optional)

    • U.S. Passport (optional)

    • Permanent Resident Card

    • Visa (if applicable for international students)

    • Official Bank Statement (for the student or sponsor, if applicable)

  7. Affidavit of Support
    International students must submit an affidavit of support from their sponsor.

  8. English Proficiency (for International Students)
    International students must provide evidence of proficiency in the English language, such as TOEFL scores, to enroll in English language courses.

Admission Procedures
  1. Submit Required Documents

    Applicants must submit all required documents, including the application and the application fee, to the Office of Admissions.

  2. Additional Documents

    The Office of Admissions will notify applicants if additional documents are needed.

  3. Admission Status Notification

    Applicants will be notified of their admission status after the review of their documents.

After Admission

Once admitted, students will receive the following in their admissions packet:

  • Acceptance Letter

  • Enrollment Agreement

  • Seminary Catalog

  • Student Manual

  • Transfer Credit Form (if applicable)

  • Other necessary admissions forms (if applicable)

Registration and Orientation
  • After admission, students MUST meet with a member of the Office of Admissions to register for classes.

  • Students MUST attend New Student Orientation during the semester they are admitted.
