Washington Heritage University is a member of the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS) [15935 Forest Road, Forest, VA 24551; Telephone: (434) 525-9539; e-mail: info@tracs.org], having been awarded Reaffirmation of Accreditation I, as a Category IV institution by the TRACS Accreditation Commission on April 28, 2026. This status is effective as of July 1, 2026, and is good through June 30, 2036. TRACS is recognized by the United States Department of Education (ED), the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), and the International Network for Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (INQAAHE).

Washington Heritage University holds official authorization from the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) to facilitate the processing of the I-20 Form. The I-20 Form is a critical document that is the gateway for international students aspiring to study in the United States. By issuing this form, Washington Heritage University empowers prospective international students to initiate the process of obtaining an F-1 Student Visa. The university’s authorization to process the I-20 Form underscores its commitment to supporting international students throughout their academic journey, from the initial visa application process to their successful integration into campus life.

Washington Heritage University is a religious institution exempt from State regulation and Oversight in the Commonwealth of Virginia. WHU provides the following theological educational degree programs:
